There is nothing to set up. Watchtower has already found your sub-accounts and started checking them.

What happens now

Right away: Watchtower starts checking your sub-accounts the moment you install, and the dashboard fills in as each one finishes.

Your first digest, a full audit of everything found, arrives at the hour you've set for digests: today if you installed before that hour, tomorrow if you installed after it. After that, each digest is a changelog: what's new, what's fixed, what's still open.

From then on: Watchtower checks every sub-account every day and, by default, emails you every day, whether or not anything changed. A quiet day leads with what's still open rather than going silent; a genuinely clean agency gets a plain all-clear. Either way, you're never left wondering whether it's still watching.

Where to find it

Watchtower appears in your agency's left-hand navigation. Open it for the full picture: every sub-account sorted worst-first, with the specific problems in each and a link straight to the setting that needs fixing.

What it watches for

Things that fail without an error:

• Workflows stuck in draft, or that were never published at all
• Empty or placeholder custom values, missing custom fields or tags
• Pipelines missing a stage
• Email bounces or SMS failures climbing toward the point where sending gets suspended
• Leads arriving with nothing sent back, conversations left unread for days
• Calendars with no bookings, phone numbers missing or not working
• Forms and surveys with no submissions, campaigns stuck in draft
• AI conversation agents left switched off, social posts that failed to send

Two things worth doing on day one

Check who gets the digest. Settings → Recipients. It defaults to the person who installed Watchtower, and you can add up to two more: an ops lead or a VA who does the fixing.

Set the schedule. Settings → Digest schedule. Pick the hour you actually read email, and how often: daily by default, or weekly, or paused. Watchtower runs its checks shortly before, so the digest is always current.

If something looks wrong

Every finding has an Actions menu: snooze it if it's not urgent, ignore it if it's deliberate, mute it for one sub-account or the whole agency if it will never matter (it still shows on the dashboard; it just stops appearing in the digest), or mark it not useful with a reason if Watchtower got it wrong. That last one helps us make it better.

Watchtower is read-only. It reports problems and links you to them. It never edits your clients' accounts.
