Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern use of Watchtower, operated by SHAJ Studio ("we", "us"). By installing the application you ("the agency") agree to them.

1. What the service does

Watchtower monitors HighLevel sub-accounts for configuration and delivery problems, and reports them by email and through a dashboard. It is read-only and makes no changes to any HighLevel account.

2. What it does not do

Watchtower reports problems. It does not fix them, and it does not guarantee it will find them all.

It detects a defined set of conditions, listed in the app description. It cannot detect problems outside that set, and it depends entirely on what HighLevel's API exposes: some things are simply not visible to any third-party application.

Watchtower is not a substitute for your own oversight of client accounts. It is a tool that reduces the chance of missing something, not a guarantee that nothing will be missed.

3. Accuracy

We make a genuine effort to report only what we can verify, and to say plainly where we are uncertain. Findings may still occasionally be wrong, either reporting a problem that isn't one, or missing one that is. The not useful action on any finding tells us when we have got it wrong, and we use that to improve.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Checks may be delayed by maintenance, by problems at HighLevel, or by infrastructure failures outside our control. Where a check cannot run, Watchtower is designed to say so rather than report a false all-clear.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: read-only access, configuration metadata and counts stored, no contact records or message content retained, and all of it deleted from our database immediately on uninstall. Short-lived operational logs on our own side, and provider records like a copy of a sent digest, expire afterward according to each provider's own retention period.

7. Fees

Where the service is paid, fees and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Changes to pricing apply to new installations and are notified in advance to existing ones.

8. Ending the agreement

You may uninstall at any time from your HighLevel account. On uninstall, access ends immediately and your data is deleted from our database. Short-lived operational logs and provider records expire afterward, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access if the application is used in a way that damages the service, breaches these terms, or breaches HighLevel's own terms. Where we do, we will say why.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost clients, arising from a problem Watchtower did not detect or reported inaccurately.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Relationship to HighLevel

Watchtower is an independent application distributed through the HighLevel marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HighLevel. Your use of HighLevel remains governed by their own terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on the account before taking effect.
