What goes wrong without anyone noticing?
Nothing turns red. You find out when a client asks why the leads stopped.
Below about ten sub-accounts, checking each one by hand is tolerable. Above that, nobody does it.
The blank booking link
Your snapshot added a booking link custom value. The client never filled it in. Tuesday’s follow-up text reads “Hi Sarah, book your visit here:” and then nothing.
How Watchtower flags it: The empty custom value, on the dashboard and in the next morning’s email.
The workflow nobody published
After a snapshot push, the new-lead follow-up is still in Draft. It never runs and never errors. Leads arrive and nobody replies.
How Watchtower flags it: New leads with nothing sent back, and sub-accounts where most workflows are still in Draft.
The texts that never arrive
A client’s number isn’t registered for A2P. The carrier rejects the reminders, and nothing alerts you across your sub-accounts.
How Watchtower flags it: It reads the carrier’s rejection and flags the sub-account.
These are three examples. See what else Watchtower checks
Know before your client does. Every sub-account checked each day, with a Fix link for each problem.
How it works
How does Watchtower work?
Install it once at agency level. It checks every sub-account each day and shows what’s broken in one dashboard, with a morning email of what changed. Each sub-account gets a health status from real findings, not a score.
- Install once. Add Watchtower at agency level. It finds every sub-account on its own, with nothing to set up.
- It checks every day. Setup and configuration are checked once a day, about 30 minutes before your email. Email bounces, SMS failures and unanswered leads are tracked from HighLevel’s own delivery events as they arrive.
- You see it in one dashboard. Every problem, worst first, with a Fix link. A morning email tells you what’s new, what’s fixed and what’s still open.

Watchtower is read-only. It never changes anything in a client account.

What it checks
What does Watchtower check?
Six kinds of problem across every sub-account: leads, messages, payments, setup, bookings and calls, pages and connections.
Leads that never get a reply
- Sub-accounts with no published workflow or mostly drafts
- Workflows from your standard that are missing or left in Draft
- New leads with nothing sent back
- Leads sitting in the first pipeline stage for a week or more with no message or call from the team
- Conversations left unread
Messages that don’t arrive
- Email bounce rates climbing toward suspension
- A spike in SMS failures
- Texts rejected for missing A2P registration
- A sudden drop in send volume
- Campaigns that skipped recipients or got stuck in Draft
- Campaign bounce or unsubscribe rates climbing
- Sending domains with no DMARC record
Bookings and calls that can’t happen
- Calendars nobody can book, or where most are inactive
- Missing or placeholder phone numbers
- No number able to send
- Nowhere for calls to go
- Voice AI agents tied to a switched-off number pool or a deleted field
Payments that fail
- Payments failing for the same setup reason
- Payments left in test mode
Pages, forms and connections that break
- Dead trigger links and funnel redirects
- Forms and surveys with zero submissions
- Facebook Ads disconnected
- Social accounts with an expired connection
- Posts that failed or got stuck
- AI conversation agents switched off
Setup that drifted
- Empty or placeholder custom values
- Sub-accounts with no users added
- Pipelines with no stages
- Snapshot pushes that never finished
- Tags, custom fields or pipeline stages missing compared with your standard
For agencies
What does it do for an agency with many sub-accounts?
It treats your agency as one roster: one standard to check against, one dashboard and one grouped item when the same problem repeats.
Set your standard.
Capture your best-configured sub-account. Watchtower checks other sub-accounts built from the same snapshot against its workflows, tags, custom fields and pipeline stages, so drift gets caught early.
Fix the cause once.
When the same problem shows up in three or more sub-accounts, Watchtower groups it into one item, and calls out a likely single cause when they share a snapshot.
Your full audit in minutes.
The dashboard fills in as each sub-account is checked. The first full report arrives in one email within 15 minutes of the first check finishing.
Quiet the noise, with reasons.
Snooze a finding, ignore it or mute that check for one sub-account or all of them. Ignoring and muting need a reason, so your team knows why.
The right people, the right alerts.
Up to 3 people get the email, each with their own alert level.
Why not just use HighLevel’s own alerts?
Watchtower checks every sub-account each day, flags what doesn’t raise an alert and groups problems that repeat across sub-accounts. Your team sees it all in one dashboard, with a morning email of what changed. With Watchtower
HighLevel tells you about some problems, one sub-account and one feature at a time, and only if someone is watching that inbox. Most silent failures, like a workflow left in Draft or an empty custom value, never trigger an alert at all.HighLevel on its own

Frequently asked questions
How do I monitor all my HighLevel sub-accounts at once?
Install Watchtower once at agency level. It finds every sub-account on its own and checks each one every day. You get a dashboard in your agency menu where each problem has a Fix link to the sub-account. You also get one email a day with what’s new, what’s fixed and what’s still open. There is nothing to set up per sub-account.
Is there a GoHighLevel app that checks every sub-account?
Yes. Watchtower monitors every sub-account in HighLevel, also called GoHighLevel or GHL. It installs once at agency level, finds every sub-account and checks each one daily. It is read-only and shows what needs fixing in one dashboard, with a morning email of what changed.
What breaks silently in HighLevel?
A workflow left in Draft after a snapshot push never runs and never errors. A custom value left empty can leave a blank where a booking link should be. Bounced emails, failed texts, calendars nobody can book and expired social connections can go unnoticed too. Watchtower checks for all of these.
How do I know if a HighLevel workflow is stuck in Draft?
Watchtower flags sub-accounts with no published workflow or mostly drafts, and workflows from your standard that are missing or left in Draft. Each finding links to the sub-account, so you can go straight to it instead of opening every sub-account by hand.
What does Watchtower check?
It checks for six kinds of problem: leads that never get a reply, messages that don’t arrive, bookings and calls that can’t happen, payments that fail, pages and connections that break and setup that has drifted from your standard. Setup is checked daily. Bounces, failed texts and unanswered leads are tracked as they happen.
How is Watchtower different from HighLevel’s own alerts?
HighLevel reports some problems one sub-account and one feature at a time. Watchtower checks every sub-account each day, flags silent failures that raise no alert and groups problems that repeat across sub-accounts, all in one dashboard with a morning email of what changed.
How long does setup take?
Installing takes a few minutes. Add Watchtower once at agency level and it finds every sub-account on its own. For most agencies the first full audit arrives within 15 minutes of the first check finishing. Sub-accounts added later are checked after a 7-day setup period.
Are new sub-accounts picked up?
Yes. New sub-accounts are found on their own, usually within about 15 minutes. Checks start after a 7-day setup period, so a half-built sub-account isn’t flagged while you’re still building it.
Will it slow down our HighLevel account?
No. Watchtower checks setup once a day, one sub-account at a time. It slows down whenever HighLevel asks it to.
How does billing work?
$57 a month per agency, every sub-account included, with a 7-day free trial. You subscribe through the HighLevel Marketplace listing, and billing and cancelling happen in your HighLevel account.
Does Watchtower change anything in client accounts?
No. Watchtower is read-only. It reports problems and links to the setting that needs fixing. It never edits, creates or deletes anything in a sub-account.
How do findings reach me?
One digest email, daily by default at the hour you choose, weekly or paused. The dashboard in your agency menu shows everything, any time.
How often does Watchtower check?
Once a day, by design. Setup and configuration are checked each day, about 30 minutes before your email. Those problems stay broken until someone fixes them, and one email each morning is easier to act on than a stream of alerts. Email bounces, SMS failures and unanswered leads are tracked from HighLevel’s delivery events as they arrive and show on the dashboard within minutes; the email carries them the next morning. Same-hour alerts are planned.
What data does Watchtower store?
Configuration details, counts, the findings it creates, the recipient addresses you add and internal record IDs. Never contact names, emails, phone numbers or message content. Uninstalling deletes your agency’s records. The Privacy Policy lists everything we store. The security page covers how it connects, encrypts and deletes.
Which permissions does Watchtower need?
36, and 35 of them are read-only. The one that is not read-only lets Watchtower create a read-only access token for each sub-account. It cannot change any data. Watchtower never edits, creates or deletes anything in a sub-account.
Does it work with white-label accounts?
Yes. The dashboard and emails don’t name the platform. Fix links use your white-label domain once the dashboard has been opened from your own portal. Until then, they use the standard HighLevel address.
